| You'll Need: Steel "0" hook,round wooden clothespin,small amount of 1 of the following- 2 strands #10,held together(Knitcrosheen) 1 strand #3(Lustersheen) 1 strand fingering yarn 6 strands embroidery floss To Make; Work in continuous rounds 1-3.Ch 12,join with sc in 1st ch to form ring. Rnd 1:Sc in each remaining ch(12sc). Rnd 2:2 sc in each sc around(24sc). Rnd 3:2 hdc in each sc around(48hdc). Rnd 4:Sc in 1st hdc,ch 3,sk next hdc,(sc in next hdc,ch 3,sk next hdc)around.Join with sl st to 1st sc(24 ch-3 sps). Rnd 5:*Ch 1,sk next 6 ch-3 sps,sc in next ch-3 sp.(Ch 3,sc in next sp)5 times*.Rep between * * 1 more time(10 ch-3 sps).Do not join.Work remaining rnds continuous. Rnd 6-13:Ch 3,sc in next sp around.On last rnd,sl st into next sc.Fasten off,weave in ends. Finishing: Place dress on doll.Cut 12" length thread/yarn.Weave in and out through Rnd 5,with ends in front.Pull tight.Wrap around doll.Tie in front with bow. Use as tree ornament,church toy,or shower favor. |
