| This ornament is quick and easy.It looks well with a picture/photo or without.Use your scraps and make it multi-color. |
| You'll Need: Small amount of one of the following-Lustersheen-2 strands #10 thread,held together-baby yarn,steel hook "0",2" Cabone ring,tacky glue,picture/photo Note: Beg Cluster-Leaving last loop of each st on hook,ch 2,work 2 dc in st indicated,YO,draw through all loops on hook. Cluster-Leaving last loop of each st on hook,make 3 dc in st indicated,YO,draw through all loops on hook. Picture: Using Cabone ring as a template,trace around selec`ted picture/photo.Cut out,set aside. To Make: Rnd 1:Join selected material to ring with sl st,ch 1,work 60 sc over ring.Join with sl st to 1st sc(60 sc). Rnd 2:Beg Cluster in same st as joining,ch 2,*sk 2 sts,Cluster in next st,ch 2.Rep from * around.Join with sl st to top of Beg Cluster(20 clusters). Rnd 3:Ch 1,sc in top of Beg Cluster,ch 5,*sc in top of next Cluster,ch 5.Rep from * around.Join with sl st to 1st sc(20 ch-5 loops). Rnd 4:Sl st in 1st ch-5 loop,ch 1,*in each loop work(sc,ch 3,sc,ch 4,sc,ch 3,sc),ch 1.Rep from * around.Join with sl st to 1st sc.Do not fasten off. Hanging Loop: Ch 25,sl st in same st.Fasten off,weave in ends. Glue picture/photo to wrong side of frame,if desired. |
