| You'll Need:Small amount acrylic sport-weight yarn(LusterSheen),steel hook "0" To Make:Ch 16. Row 1:Sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.Working on the other side of the ch,sc in each free-loop of beg ch(30 sc). Row 2:Sc in each sc around(30 sc). Row 3-6:Rep row 2. Row 7:Slip st into next sc,ch 3.Work dc in each sc around(30 dc). Row 8-12:Rep row 2. Row 13:Rep row 7. Row 14-18:Rep row 2. Row 19:(Hdc in next sc,ch 1,skip next sc)around.Join with slip st to ch-3 of first hdc(15 hdc). Row 20:Ch 1,sc in same st.3 dc in next sp(sc in next hdc,3 dc in next sp)around.Join with slip st to first sc.Fasten off.Weave in end. Tie:Ch 40,fasten off.Weave in and out of hdc's in row 19.Tie in double knot.Fray ends. Note:Soap Saver can also be made with 2 strands of #10 Bedspread-weight thread held together. |
