Rnd 1:With red yarn,ch 5,join.Ch 3,(1st dc)11 dc in ring(12).
Rnd 2:Ch 3,dc in same st.2 dc in each st around(24).
Rnd 3:rep rnd 2(48).Finish off.
With brown yarn,ch 7,sc in 2nd ch from hook and each sc across.Finish off,leaving a long tail for sewing.
With green yarn,ch 8,sc in 2nd ch from hook.Work hdc,dc,trbc,dc,hdc and sc across remaining chs.Finish off.Leave a long tail for sewing.
Sew stem to joining st of rnd 3.
Sew leaf to top of last dc of rnd 3.
Cut 4" piece of brown yarn,tie into a knot at bottom of apple, trim ends short.Fray out yarn.
