| Find center of chain by folding in half. |

| Holding hat,brim down,loop chain tassel around sc round in ch-2 sp. |

| Weave chain tassel under & over ch-2 sps. |
 |
| End weaving with chain tassel coming out of first ch-1 sp at top of crown on rnd 2. |

| After all your chain tassels are woven in, trim ends to 1" & fray out. |
