Rnd 2:Sl st into next ch-1 sp,Beg V-st in same sp,ch 1.(V-st,ch 1 in next sp)8 times.V-st in last sp,sc in 3rd ch of Beg V-st to form last sp(10 V-st). Butterfly Pin: Rnd 1:Leaving a long tail for sewing,ch 8,join with sl st to first ch to form ring.Ch 3,2 dc in ring,(ch 2,3 dc in ring)7 times.Hdc in top of Beg ch-3 to form last sp(8 3-dc groups). Rnd 2:Ch 3,(2 dc,ch 2,3dc)in sp just formed,(3 dc,ch 2,3 dc in next sp)7 times.Join with sl st to top of Beg ch-3(16 3-dc groups). Rnd 3:Sl st in next 2 st and sp,ch 3,7 dc in same sp,sc in sp between next 2 3-dc groups,(8 dc in next sp,sc in sp between next 2 3-dc groups)7 times.Join with sl st to top of Beg ch-3.Fasten off,weave in end. Finishing: Fold Butterfly in half.Using long beg tail,sew safety pin to back.Pin on hat at an angle. |
